Terms & Conditions: By submitting your answer, you agree to Evertrain Limited's Competition Terms & Conditions. All Entry's are free and open to VIP Members. VIP Only Competitions is part of the benefits all VIP's receive when the become a member. Entries are welcome to all existing and new VIP members. You are not permitted to register for the sole purpose of entering the competition, therefore memberships will not be refunded, without suitable and justifiable reason. To enter, you must submit your details and your answer. Only one entry per person, multiple entries are not permitted and we will only accept your first answer, unless directly contacted via admin@evertrain.co.uk.

The winner will be selected at random by an automated online draw wheel. Evertrain's decision is final and cannot be disputed in anyway. The winner will be selected from all the correct entires received before the closing date and time. Only submission that meet this criteria and have provided the correct answer will be entered into the draw on the date stated on the www.evertrain.co.uk/competition-page. The latest that an entry can accepted is 1 hour prior to the draw. Any entries after this time may not be accepted.

By entering, you agree that any personal information provided may be used by the promoter to administer the competition and their name or initials to be presented on Evertrains' website and/or social media pages and posts. The winner will be notified via [email/phone] within 5 days of the closing date. We keep winning confidential, but you may be requested to be part of social media sharing of name, image and prize. Some winnings will require additional details to enable us to send the winner their prize, if the winner refuses or has not provided these details within 14 days after the close date of the competition, then Evertrain will provide another entrant with the winnings or roll them over onto the next draw.

This competition will be shared on social media platforms and emailed to all VIP member emails that were generated from data when registering. Evertrain take not responsibility should an individuals email bounce back or not be correct. Evertrain will attempt to ensure all information is correct but is not to be held responsible if an individual does not receive the email directly.
